Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Weye Model Cars is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within the time frame specified on our website. However, shipping times may vary depending on availability and any unforeseen circumstances. Weye Model Cars is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs processing.

Shipping Accuracy and Delivery Policy

Address Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Weye Model Cars processes and ships all orders strictly according to the information provided by the customer. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages if the error resulted from the information submitted at checkout.

No Modifications After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the logistics carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address, reroute the shipment, or cancel the order.

Undeliverable Packages & Risk of Loss: Please note that due to the nature of cross-border shipping, our carriers do not offer a “Return to Sender” service for undeliverable packages. If a package is rejected, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the carrier will dispose of the package in accordance with their policy. In such instances, the order is considered fulfilled, and Weye Model Cars will not issue refunds or replacements for the abandoned items.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our detailed Returns & Refunds Policy on our website for instructions on how to return an item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Pre-Orders

An item listed on our website with the designation “Pre-Order” is an item that is currently in production by the manufacturer and is not yet in our inventory. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving this item in advance of its official release. We will allocate the stock to you, and your order will be shipped as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse from the manufacturer.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, please be aware that we will hold the entire order until all items are available. We will securely reserve the in-stock items for you at our warehouse, and the complete order will be dispatched in a single consolidated shipment once the pre-ordered items arrive.

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your reservation. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. However, all pre-order cancellations are subject to a twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the total amount you paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment.

The product description for each pre-order item will include an approximate date of arrival (ETA). This date is an estimate provided to us by the manufacturer and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weye Model Cars is not responsible for any delays in the release or delivery of pre-ordered items that may result from production issues, logistical delays, or other circumstances dictated by the manufacturer.

In the event of a major production issue or if the manufacturer cancels the production of a pre-ordered item, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment immediately.

Reviews

To ensure reviews on our website are fair and honest, only customers who have used and experienced our products or services are allowed to leave reviews.

Generally, a review may be rejected or removed for the following reasons:
