Pre-Orders
What exactly is a "Pre-Order"?
A great question! A pre-order is your chance to reserve a brand-new model that is still in production and hasn’t arrived at our warehouse yet. Think of it as calling “dibs” on an exciting upcoming release. By pre-ordering, you guarantee that one is set aside just for you.
Why should I pre-order a model?
Many of our models are produced in limited quantities. Pre-ordering is the best way to make sure you don’t miss out on a model you’re really excited about. It secures your spot in line, and we’ll ship it to you the moment it arrives!
When do I pay for a pre-order
To make sure your special model is reserved, all pre-orders are paid in full when you place the order. This locks in your reservation with us and the manufacturer.
What happens if my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items?
You can absolutely place orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items! To help you save on shipping costs and ensure you receive everything in one convenient package, we will wait to ship your order until all items have arrived. We will carefully reserve your in-stock items at our warehouse until your pre-ordered models are released. Once everything is ready, your complete order will be shipped to you immediately!
When will my pre-order ship?
We’re just as excited as you are for it to arrive! Each pre-order item has an “ETA” (Estimated Time of Arrival) in the product description. Please remember this is an estimate from the manufacturer and can sometimes change due to production or shipping schedules. We promise to ship it out to you the very same day it rolls into our warehouse!
What if I need to cancel my pre-order?
We understand that sometimes plans change! You can cancel a pre-order before it ships. Please note that we do have a 20% cancellation fee to cover the processing and reservation costs involved in securing your special model. For all the details, you can read our full Terms & Conditions page.
What happens if the manufacturer cancels a model I pre-ordered?
While rare, it can happen. If a manufacturer cancels a production run for any reason, we will notify you immediately and process a full, 100% refund back to your original payment method. No fees, no hassle.
Shipping & Order Status
How long until my order ships?
Your new models are eager to get to you! We carefully pack and process all in-stock orders within 48 hours (usually much sooner!) on business days.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with all the tracking information you need to follow its journey. Because we handle so many orders with care, sometimes this email might take until the next business day to send out. You can also log into your account on our website anytime to see your order status and tracking details.
How long will shipping take?
For our collectors in the United States, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-15 days after it has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We love being part of a global community of collectors. To see if we ship to your country, simply add an item to your cart or proceed to checkout—you’ll find a dropdown menu of all the countries we serve in the address field.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are a mix of the package’s weight, size, and its destination. The easiest way to get a quick estimate is to use the shipping calculator in your shopping cart. Just enter your state and zip code!
Do you ever offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We love to run special promotions, including free shipping offers. The best way to hear about them is to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. The model must be unused, in its original, unopened packaging, and in the same pristine condition you received it in. My model arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. We pack every model with extreme care, but sometimes the journey can be rough. Please contact us immediately at support@weyemodelcars.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damage so we can make things right for you as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a refund.
How do I start a return?
It’s easy! Just send us an email at support@weyemodelcars.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. You can also submit a quick return request via your ‘My Account’ page, though we recommend contacting us first so we can help resolve your issue quickly.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within seven business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

The model I want is "Out of Stock." Will you get more?
We know how it feels to hunt for that perfect model. Sometimes we can restock popular items, and other times they are limited editions that are gone for good once they sell out. The best advice is to check back often or send us a message—we can let you know if a restock is planned!
